Our Return and Exchange Policy

  • Fate will gladly accept any damaged or defective merchandise for Credit or Exchange only, however it is the customer’s responsibility to check merchandise immediately and so we can process all Credit/Exchange in a timely manner.  Any Claims and Damages must be made via email with pictures within 10 days of merchandise received date.  
  • Please note Fate is not responsible for any returns outside of the 10 day grace period and any unauthorized returns without a VALID RA (and RA’s are only valid for 14 days once it has been issued).  Any items shipped past the expiration of the RA will be considered an unauthorized return and will not be credited or refunded and customers will be responsible for re-shipping fees of any refused packages.
  • Broken packs and items with signs of wear/tear will NOT be accepted for Return/Credit.
  • Any label changes will result in an automatic 15% label change fee.
  • Shipping and handling fees are FINAL.
